Important Note: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) will be conducting the Motor Vehicle Inspector Exam (MVI) in Offline/ Written Exam mode on September 25 (Sunday), 2022. The APSC recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 26 posts of Motor Vehicle Inspector under the Commissionerate of Transport, Assam under Transport Department. The Motor Vehicle Inspector Exam will be conducted in Two Shifts (MORNING & AFTERNOON). The first shift will be conducted in Morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Noon. The second shift will be conducted in Afternoon from 01:30 PM to 03:30 PM. The Motor Vehicle Inspector Exam duration is 02 hour’s (120 Minutes).

How to get APSC MVI Exam | Admit Card 2022
As per the notification, The exam for Motor Vehicle Inspector Exam will be conducted on September 25 (Sunday), 2022. The Motor Vehicle Inspector Exam will be conducted in Two Shifts (MORNING & AFTERNOON). The first shift will be conducted in Morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Noon. The second shift will be conducted in Afternoon from 01:30 PM to 03:30 PM. The Motor Vehicle Inspector Exam duration is 02 hour’s (120 Minutes). Usually, the Hall ticket is ready and is generated 5-8 days before the exam date. Once the Official Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) released the admit card for the Motor Vehicle Inspector Exam candidates could able to download the admit card by going through the mentioned steps.
- Go to apsc.nic.in
- Visit the Applicant login selection on the homepage.
- Now, look for the Download APSC MVI Exam 2022 Admit Card Hall Ticket in the same selection.
- Now on the menu go to the Sign in and fill in your Valid details.
- Enter your user ID and password and click on the Login button.
- Now finally you can see your Admit card details and download it for further use.

Document Carry Before Visiting the examination hall
The candidates must carry the following documents before visiting the examination hall. All the candidates should carry a hard copy and an original copy of the following documents. Also, candidates need to reach the examination center before reporting time (usually 1 hour before exam time).
- A hard copy of Admit card.
- Original ID proof Documents like Aadhar card, Pan card, Driving license, passport, etc.
- 2 passport size photographs.
- Candidates should not carry Electric devices like Smartwatches, Mobile devices, etc.
