As per the notification, the Community Health Officer (CBT) Exam 2022 will be conducted in two shifts; (MORNING to EVENING). The first shift will be conducted in Morning from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, The second will be conducted in the Afternoon from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. How to get UP NHM CHO (CBT) Exam Admit Card 2022
The exam for Community Health Officer (CBT) Exam will be conducted on 04th and 07th September, 2022. Usually, the Hall ticket is ready and is generated 5-8 days before the exam date. - Visit the Applicant login selection on the homepage.
- Now, look for the Download UP NHM CHO (CBT) Exam 2022 Admit Card Hall Ticket in the same selection.
- Now on the menu go to the Sign in and fill in your Valid details.
- Enter your user ID and password and click on the Login button.
- Now finally you can see your Admit card details and download it for further use.

Document Carry Before Visiting the examination hall
The candidates must carry the following documents before visiting the examination hall. All the candidates should carry a hard copy and an original copy of the following documents. Also, candidates need to reach the examination center before reporting time (usually 1 hour before exam time).
- A hard copy of Admit card.
- Original ID proof Documents like Aadhar card, Pan card, Driving license, passport, etc.
- 2 passport size photographs.
- Candidates should not carry Electric devices like Smartwatches, Mobile devices, etc.
